After your parents have left you home alone to go to dinner, you soon realise that you're not alone. Inspired by retro-horror games from the likes of 'Puppet Combo', this short thriller will keep you on-edge 'til the bitter end.
Home Alone was created over the course of a week during one of the 'Brackeys' game jams, under the theme 'you're not alone'. Many of the assets as well as all the code were done from scratch. It was my first ever submission to a game jam, and taught me a lot about what I was capable of achieving within a time-frame, and what I should be prioritizing when I'm under a time limit. This project continues to rake in new players from across the globe, and currently has over 90+ let's plays on YouTube from various creators, 150,000 views and over 15,000 downloads.
